Discreet 7-Day Window
1. The 7-Day Inspection Window
To preserve the sartorial standard of SRG garments, unworn ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
2. Condition of Garments
Garments must be returned in their original pristine state: unworn, unaltered, unlaundered, with all atelier tags, security ribbons, and bespoke garment bags intact. Pieces exhibiting perfume, wear, or damaged button loops cannot be accepted for refund.
3. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Commissions
Custom commissions tailored to non-standard patron dimensions are non-refundable. However, our atelier offers complimentary alteration adjustments within 14 days of receipt to ensure immaculate drape.
4. Initiation Process
To request a white-glove courier pickup for exchange or return, transmit your Order Reference to concierge@srgfashion.com.
